WHAT IS THE TROUPE?
La Troupe is not just a surf school, it is a project born from the need to give opportunities to everyone, to teach, but above all to have fun. It is the dream that one day we had to share a lifestyle that takes us out of the stress of everyday life, that brings out the best in everyone and teaches not only to surf, but to love and want to take care of nature; to understand that sometimes you have to live in the present to not fight with life, to enjoy the simple things.

The troupe, in the most literal sense, was born from a group of local children who have been teaching for two years with Alex, our main instructor, twice a week; and who have been their illusion, their joy and their engine. They have taught us what is perseverance, courage and companionship, and they have given the name to the school since "La troupe" is how we called this group.

Of course, in this school you come to learn and that is what we are dedicated to, to teach, but our motto is "IN THE WATER YOU ENTER TO HAVE FUN". Surfing (at least for most mortals who are not professional surfers), is a therapy, an escape route, is fun at its best, is to return to being children playing.
Here we don't want you to have any pressure to stand up in the first class, nor do we want you to be better than anyone else; we want you to come to play, to reconcile with that child inside us, who used to take a mat and jump into the water to play with the waves.
